Your concern about the following comments: " The care coordinator that I worked with was beyond excellent. She listened, watched, communicated and assessed our specific needs. She then adjusted care in response to the patient’s changing needs. Patients all have their specific needs and require different approaches and different care givers to optimally meet the need. A cookie cutter approach does not work and Home Instead seems understand this. The PSW’s have been very supportive and understand the vulnerability of a patient with dementia. I have some peace of mind knowing that when the PSW is there that mom is receiving the care she needs and will accept. "
