I was very satisfied with the job that Service Master did to restore my home after soot damage. I was extremely impressed with the Waynesville Service Master personnel who worked on my home from start to finish. Miles was a joy to work with and kept me informed about the progress and scope of my work to be done. He has a very calm manner and was always patient with me when I had lots of questions. He is perfect for his job!! Paul, the painter, was one of the best painters I have ever seen. He did an excellent job. The two employees who helped me unpack worked fast and really took the worry about my having to get my belongings unpacked by myself and put away. With their help, it only took a day and a half to get it done and I enjoyed working with them. My friend had used Service Master when she had water damage in her house and again when a tree fell on a large well outbuilding. She had highly recommended Miles and his staff and I, too, knew that I was in good hands.
