Chris DeRosier was great! This is the 3rd time I have purchased a home and so much has changed in the process. Chris really took the time to listen to me regarding my concerns about access to information, e-signatures etc. and found the right mix of what I would be comfortable doing on line and what I would send in the "old fashioned" way. I appreciated his understanding and his assurances on the safety of information shared. Also, Chris was always available to me and answered every email I sent within minutes. We met prior to closing to review all the details and he attended my closing to ensure everything went smoothly. I also became aware the Chris and your team caught issues with the sellers names being spelled wrong and corrected that in advance so that I did not have anything to worry about. I appreciates that through the process, I felt taken care of and like I was working with someone who made me feel like he would work the same way if I were his sister. Lastly, I just have to add that the combination of using a Johnstone & Johnstone Realtor (Anne Marie DesRosier) and John Adams Mortgage made everything easier. At closing, the seller did not have the same experience I had and their team did not take care of them as well as mine so please know this feedback is sincerely offered and yes, I would recommend John Adams and Chris to friends and associates.
