First of all, I did NOT like the idea of going to ANOTHER STATE (OHIO) to deal with my
insurance happening. I have been here in North Carolina for 16 years and always felt secure
about Terry Warren who has now retired. I had to take photo's and send them to Ohio. But later,
the man in Ohio put me in touch with MILES who is with SERVICE MASTER. They came right up and took care of everything swiftly and pleasantly. A small crew repaired the damaged roof and the tree debris was removed. I was VERY pleased with Miles and his crew. It stared to rain the very next day after their work. All secure.
A miracle! We were very pleased with Miles and the Service Master crew. VERY!
