My husband actually initiated this account, but from the very beginning, the folks in the office have been friendly, helpful, and true to everything they said and promised. And the online website to pay my bill is fantastic. I was at a total loss when Hurricane Matthew came through and there was no mail running because we had so many highway 'wash outs'. It's February and this storm came through in October and there are STILL places without access and businesses that are closed. Our local AmeriGas office was one of the local businesses that was flooded out, so there was not anybody there to take my payment. That caused me a great deal of frustration. I had no idea that you guys had a website that could receive payments! I just appreciate the prompt, friendly, service from your company. (And the fact that you're competitive with the other companies around us doesn't hurt one bit!)
