The service is reliable, the office staff is organized. I receive good quality, thorough cleaning, I like the rotating "extra attention/deeper cleaning" focus on a couple of rooms each visit so that the whole house is kept clean. My cleaning team is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I don't know much about the products used. I specified that I did NOT want any products that left residue on floor or furniture or bathroom fixtures and I was assured that Merry Maids products fit that criteria and that the cleaning team mostly used water dampened microfiber for most cleaning (which is also what I use).
