I have been happy with your service, my husband less so. Today, the girls broke my hinged garbage can and scratched the lid severely. What really bothers me is they did not tell me about it, and left without saying a word (I was with them when they left). It is so very broken, you cannot even lift the lid without using both hands, instead of the foot lever, and the scratches really stand out on the black surface, so I saw it within a minute of them leaving. My husband is really going to hit the roof, I'm afraid.
