Ketalie and Shelley always bring their notebook but have obviously memorized the official checklist for each chore to be done. They are efficient and take pride in their work.
I tell them everything is so spotless, especially the kitchen where I love to cook. Every week after they leave I admire its pristine cleanliness. I've never been a sloppy cook, but seeing caring work, such shining and polishing makes me even more diligent.
All other rooms receive the same meticulous cleaning. Each week bathrooms are given a thorough cleaning, not just some "antiseptic clean smelling" once-over.
For at least a day dog hair is non existent. This is major as one of our animals never ceases shedding!
Cleaning supplies used are highly effective but blissfully free from overwhelming, "perfumy" aromas.
I appreciate, too, the endless supply of cleaning cloths supplied and used without restraint. No smearing dust, etc. from one surface to another/ one room to another.
Over all, truly excellent service. Plus rousing cheers for very caring Ketalie and Shelley.
