Very thorough in your inspections and feed back. I was very impressed with how quickly you had forwarded me the information on the house and the inclusion of checking for recalls on appliances in the home. Getting the home inspection and details emailed to me on the same day and only a few hours after completing the in person inspection. I liked the detailed info and pictures to go along with it, it helped with remembering what we had talked about and what I should keep An eye on your have fixed in a timely manner. Just 2 business days after the inspection I had the owner replace the pressure tank which was one of the problem areas you had found. Just that alone was worth the cost of your services. Thanks again for how quickly your report was prepared and sent. Sometimes you pay companies before they are finished their job and it takes a lot of harrassing for the information and work to be completed and that was not a problem! Thanks Daryl once again
