I handed my keys to Rory one evening and the next morning he was in the House with his crew cleaning up Post trauma. The whole team walked me through the process step-by-step and answered any questions I had. Once my file was handed over to the project manager Jennifer Goering, things even got better. She was awesome. She helped us plan and execute the cleanup, Helped us choose new like flooring paint lights etc. She worked closely with the insurance adjuster and together we all made it through this very difficult process with smiles on their faces.
