Scheduling vs Arrival Time - 30% of the visits occur about 20 - 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled arrival. Sometimes as much as one hour earlier. It would be very helpful if your crew could call me on their cell phone if they anticipate a change in their arrival time. Particularly if they are early or late.
Services/Products - Generally I am satisfied with the services, but I do notice that your crew is getting the job done in even less than 1 hour. I noticed the dusting could be done more thorough.
Due to tectured floor tiles, your crew has to wet mop the floor after vacuuming. The floor seems to be still wet in spots by the time your crew leaves(in a hurry). I am concerned that I may be accidently stepping into wet areas and track it on to my white carpets
