I have been using Merry Maids for at least 15 years.Betty has been cleaning my house for many years thru Merry Maids. She does an excellent job and just about 5 weeks ago I happened to be home about 15 minutes into her cleaning. She was training a new employee, Sarah, and she was so kind but gave very clear, concise information on how she cleans our home. I came home to a very clean house, as I do monthly. The day before each monthly cleaning I call the office at Merry Maids to find out what time of day my cleaning is so I can put our 2 dogs outside or in the garage. The receptionist is always very kind to me, checks with Will, and lets me know. I am happy with the office staff and especially Betty. I hope she will continue to be the head team leader at our home. I must mention that occasionally, due to my health, or get togethers at our home, I have to call ahead of time and reschedule my cleaning day. Will is very fair to me and ALWAYS works with me!
