I liked the concept behind Zerorez cleaning solution, there is a science behind it and me being a RN, fully understands the rationale! Our carpets and furniture look brand new! In fact, our bedroom carpet, which we cleaned with a Bissell carpet scrubber and stains remained, were removed by Zerorez! Their service is superb! John was the best! He is passionate about what he does and more importantly enjoys serving the customer! You can tell he enjoys erasing the skepticism through his explanation and proven results of Zerorez! John said when he went through the house and stopped at our bedroom, "Now, being how old the stains are and that you cleaned them in the past, the stains may not completely be removed". The stains are completely gone and it looks like we just laid new carpet!
