I loved that ilthere was no wait time. Granted we did go super early. The Barber that cut my little brothers hair did a perfect job and made sure to make my little brother feel like he was in charge and in control over what he wanted. And kept asking him if everything was looking the right way throughout his haircut. (He was deathly afraid he was getting a buzz cut or just too short for his liking in general. James was extremely patient, understanding. Quick , efficient. he greeted us as soon as we walked in. he was friendly, and we really enjoyed how he remained present in conversation with us throughout the haircut. Excellent job!! The Ladies at your Briarcliff Road location are the BEST. I, along with other clients, are greeted at the door by name (this includes the little guys as well). Each stylist is familiar with specific cuts and works diligently to ensure it meets with customer satisfaction. The additional levity in conversing with the Ladies makes the experience ENJOYABLE.
I enjoy the staff at this location and will continue to patronize it.
