I have had haircuts at 3 different locations and have not had a bad one yet. Everyone is over the top friendly. They do not go into pressure sales mode to get you to buy products.

The person helping me was happy and enjoyed what they were doing. I enjoyed that it was relaxing and they took their time as opposed to being just another haircut to rush in and out.

Casey greeted me with a huge smile and made sure I was check in immediately. She asked for exact details regarding my hair and was meticulous throughout the hair cut. She embodied every aspect of a professionalism and further, was very personable. I was impressive.
