Every single person was absolutely AMAZING on our wedding day, from Whitney and Johnny working so well together to Kyle making the dance floor come alive and being on top of all of the cues to alyce being amazing at what she does and keeping the day rolling. Jessica is so wonderful to work with - this was her second year working our trunk or treat event and she dressed up as a witch! She is easy to work with and friendly. She also did a cool spooky font for the logo on our photo strip. To me, she really went above and beyond and we love working with her!
We are not in the business of entertaining crowds. That became obvious after a couple of request songs cleared the dance floor. I went back up to the DJ and told him to do his thing bc he had more experience and a better read on the crowd. The night was a complete success.

I had Ken Rhea as my videographer for my wedding and he was great!! So fun to be around and kept the energy up! He was sure to get all of the shots that were needed but wasn’t in the way of the photographer or anyone else. Was also early and set up in time. I can’t wait to get my wedding video back!
We had the best experience with Jason! We had a great meeting with him prior to our wedding and at the end of our call we felt like he really understood the vibe we were going for. On our wedding day he was even better than we imagined! We wouldn’t change one thing about our experience with Jason or Complete.
Cameron, our DJ, was so accommodating to the space we had available at our venue. He was so helpful in making sure we did our ceremony, cake cutting, speeches, and even our dances (once we made room) perfect, on time and memorable. His energy was just what our wedding needed.
We had the best group of photographers/videographers. Whitney, Stacey and Steven went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect and captured so we can remember this forever. I would and have recommended complete to a friend who is using them for their wedding. Thanks again guys!!!
Everything was wonderful!! Kyle our DJ was friendly and made the process of getting our music for the day of setup super easy. He was engaged with our guests but also checked in with us for some things to make sure they were ok and he kept everyone excited to continue the celebration on the dancefloor. He was easy and fun to communicate with just made us feel like he had it all ready. And Alyce... She Was INCREDIBLE. From the moment I first spoke with her I Loved her and she was just amazing. I knew on the day that she had things under control and whenever I started to overthink or worry she was there to say it was already handled or she'd take care of it. I did not get to work as much with the other coordinator that day (I'm so sorry) but everything they did to make the day special was So So appreciated and we can't thank the team enough for being so fantastic! My dad has had some health challenges in recent months and so I'll forever be grateful that Alyce worked so hard to allow me to have the chance to walk down the aisle with and do a father/daughter dance with my dad on the day, two things I really wanted but wasn't sure we'd be able to do with some of his limitations. But she knew it meant a lot to me and while keeping in mind his needs she helped us pull both off and it really made for a memory I'll never be able to thank her enough for!
Glenn was very easy to work with while organizing and planning everything. The photobooth was a hit. I would definitely recommend that. Microphones for speeches kept cutting in/out, which was unfortunate and disappointing as people couldn’t consistently hear and we might miss out parts on the video of them. They also made the loud squeak noise often when trying to announce things. Our DJ was flexible when I had to make last minute timeline changes due to my dad getting sick and needing to move our father/daughter dance up. He always tried to play most of the songs on the preferred song list as well as any requests from people. The dance floor was packed 90% of the night with friends annd family. Have had great reviews of the night, but wished the microphones had worked better.

Alyce was fantastic! My grandma has difficulty walking and getting around, so she was worried about being a burden during my wedding. Alyce made sure that my mom had the day off and helped my grandma to the table, got her a plate of food and so much more. Alyce made sure we had a plate of food and drinks from our cocktail hour while we were taking pictures.
Of course after the wedding is the hardest part, the clean up. After leaving the dance floor we realized that Alyce had already cleaned everything up from our ceremony and had broken down most of our tables. I can’t express how much behind the scenes work she did without us noticing that typically we would have forgotten. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved working with Alex and DJ Peter! The online planning forms were easy to use and super helpful in knowing what was the next decision to make. Alex checked in with us at every step to ensure that all of our questions were answered. And, DJ Peter was so so great! He was willing to chat on the phone, answer my texts, and make last minute changes that all helped make our day so special. Peter was also so fun the day of our wedding! He graciously took our guests’ requests, was so kind every time I ran up to his booth to ask him to play my song next, and danced with us during every line dance! Every single one (DJ, Photo Booth attendant, videographer, and even the person designing the photo booth background) had absolutely incredible customer service and established amazing rapport instantly when they reached out to us. We were comfortable talking to them about likes/dislikes and the vision we wanted. They all seem to care about giving us the best service and we’re so adaptable and easy going. We loved them all!!

We loved that complete offers multiple services. Our coordinator was able to recommend the best DJ for our personalities. For services you don’t offer, Joslin had many connections in the community of credible vendors.
Both the photographer, Taylor, and the DJ, Jordan, were phenomenal. Taylor was very creative with the shots he was getting and overall he was very professional but still laid back. Jordan also did a great job bringing good energy to the party and playing great music all night. Highly recommend them!

Complete was a blast to work with! Alex helped us with every single question we had no matter how big or small it was. The vendors we used through them were also top notch. We got drone footage through Complete and it became such a unique aspect to our wedding. I cannot recommend all of them enough!

Absolutely amazing human being and photographer! Kris (my husband) and I couldn't have pulled off the wedding of our dreams in 6 months without the help of Lena. She took our gorgeous engagement photos in Grand Rapids then traveled all the way to St. Joseph/Niles, MI for our wedding day. Not only did she always think of creative poses for us, but she was quick to think on her feet if the timeline needed to be adjusted. WE LOVE LENA :)

After viewing Bernard's work off of Complete's website, my first thought was he produced some of the best wedding videos I've ever seen. He was great to communicate with and remained focused and pleasant the whole day of our wedding. Because of his efforts, I was able to get a beautiful first look with my father. Bernard creates magic with his videos!
