I like the prompt response to requests. I like the effective communication and follow through from management to cleaning team members. I like the attention to detail in instruction and performance. My expectations for the performance of our Service Master Clean Housekeeping team are high and I thoroughly inspect their work in a monthly scheduled building walk through with either Steve or team supervisor. The team receives grades in three areas: Daily Cleaning; Security Awareness; & Walk Through Inspection preparation. In recent years the monthly average in these categories is A or A-, challenging grades to maintain. I take pride in the team's work and highly recommend their service to others.

1. Outstanding Leadership provided by Steve Winston & Ruth Siria. They provide quick response to requests from building supervisor and/or USBC tenants and communicate clearly what is needed to the House Keeping Team.
2. The House Keeping team not only does a good job of nightly cleaning but communicates regarding building maintenance issues they see that need building supervisor's attention & help with building security by communicating about doors they find unlocked.
