The life guards were really good this year and no complaints from the residents this year and the regional manager kept us informed what was going on and he was reakly polite and friendly.

"Because since being in a business relationship with RMS it has gotten better over a five year period. There opened minded and they listen and they want to be here, they want the job they want the work they go after it. And they want our residents to be happy."

The team very attentive to everything that I we needed even later at night when we had challenges. Supervisor even sent me pictures and called me at 8 pm to let me know stuff is done.

We didn't have any issues and they have been very responsve to all the calls. The guard is doing a good job and were having a good season so far.

"Because, we haven't had any complaints at all. The lifeguards are showing up on time. The water looks good. And any issues that we've had have been resolved quickly."
