My account manager Dave Robinson is very responsive and the pool area is always kept clean and neat. I have no complaints this pool season as everything was started up and done on time and in a professional manner. The cost for pool management is also very competitive.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

This is our fourth year with Continental Pools and I can say that every year has been very successful and painless. I consider Dave Robinson a valuable asset to your company. He is a people person that goes out of his way to accommodate and always exceeds expectations. Our Board of Directors are very pleased with the perfomance of Dave and the staff of Continental Pools.

I also have to mention Stojano Micov. He is a great asset to Continental Pools as well. As I see and experienced, Dave and Stojano make a great team and I always know when I have an issue that I can count on either one or both to rectify the issue asap. The communication between them and myself is very important and hence why they and Continental Pools deserve a score of 10.

I appreciate all that they do and hope we have many years together.

Continental has always provided fair proposals and quick response to any issue that may come up. David Robinson has always been professional and has been proactive to help the opening/closing of the pools run smoothly.
