That it encourages challenging yourself, either against others to get farther faster, or against yourself, to beat your previous time or distance. I’m super competitive, so OTF has tapped into that and I’m seeing results because of it. Most gym classes are like “do what you can do” but OTF is like “do better than last time”. Also I really like the small gym feel, that the trainers and staff know your name and encourage you. One of the staff hugged me on my way in on the weekend and I was totally thinking “I never get hugged at Fitness First” haha
Intensity and variety of workouts. It’s a group workout that also allows some individuality.
I love workout in a group as I feel more motivate to exercise.

Not always the same exercise and I like that we train many different part of the body.
OTF works for me because the focus is in a way that I like to train.

I love that it’s different every time and gives me a killer full body workout! Love the mixup between the floor, rower, and treadmill too.

Mix of cardio and weights, and that you can really see your fitness improving especially on the running machine
1. Being able to monitor progress through heart rate monitors and treadmill settings.
2. No day is the same.
3. You don’t know what the workout will be until class starts.
4. The trainer monitors everyone, especially new participants, and looks at participants’ form to make sure exercises are performed safely.
5. The participants are friendly and you can actually engage with other people doing the same workout.
6. The lighting is flattering :-)
I like that it changes every time and it's very challenging. It seems to go by fast as well, which is always good.

The heart rate monitors and the dark rooms. The instructors are also lovely.
I like the balance of strength work and cardio fitness, the instructors work closely with you answering your questions and providing motivation for the entire group.
Fantastic high energy trainers combined with exellent exercises that are achievable for all fitness levels.
