It went really fast. The class moved along and was well organized. I wish I could get across town more often to enjoy more of the classes.
Everything :) The trainers make the workouts fun, and the monitor showing splat points and calories burnt motivate me to keep going! OTF in Bondi Junction also has a great atmosphere where I've met some lovely people and we cheer each other on when we need it!

As a newbie, it’s great to be shown a wide range of exercises. And to have someone at the ready, who’s always helping and correcting my form and motivating me.

I like that you cover off running and weights in one session. I love that no workout is ever the same. I love the energy and intensity of the trainers and in the studio. I like that you you can’t cruise and need to keep pushing to get your points. I love the results and feeling you get after!!
