Very detailed, pointing out what service you may need besides what you came for. Also, good at covering items they might have missed on your last visit, like an air filter, or something. I had a water pump replaced, which included air condition service, and I had to return. Took care of the air condition for no charge at all. Excellent shuttle service, especially if you don't want to sit there until they are done with your vehicle.
