Christian Brothers Automotive at Tulsa Hills is one of the best automotive shops I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They are competent, honest, transparent about costs and potential problems and - in my experience - if I’ve had a problem they have made right anything they repair. They have repaired and maintained my 2014 Ford Raptor (a major repair done in 2 weeks when a prominent Ford dealer in Tulsa told me they need 3-4 months), in addition they have repaired and maintained my classic cars - 1965 truck, 1985 and 1994 and 2007 sports cars as well as my wife’s car.

Great service from start to finish. We were able to ask questions throughout the process and they took the time to answer them and hear our concerns. They treated us and our car well. We plan on bringing our car back for more services real soon.

I was impressed with several things about CBA.
Firstly, they were willing to service my car on short notice. Our dog chewed two of our seatbelts so it was an emergency situation. What a relief to have that safety issue resolved quickly!
Second, everyone was friendly and professional. My daughter and I felt comfortable and relaxed in the waiting area. The owner set a nice tone by engaging all of the customers in conversations. After a few minutes customers were chatting with each other. It really was quite pleasant.
Third, the waiting area and bathroom were clean! The couches were quite comfortable. And the coffee, WI-FI, and reading materials were nice touches.
Finally, we were exceedingly pleased with the installation. The new seatbelts work better than the originals did! CBA offered a courtesy diagnostic check of our car. They pointed out some things that I had been concerned about. There was no pressure to address those issues right away.
As we left my daughter commented, “This was the best automotive shop experience that I’ve ever had!”

It doesn’t matter what my car is in for, all staff makes u feel like you’re the most important customer of the day. They always go out of thief way to help u with whatever you need. I have been taking my car to Tulsa Hills Christian brothers Automotive for several years and I hope they are there for years to come.
