They took care of all our cleaning needs and did an excellent job. I would recommend them in the Sioux Falls area especially since they have the labor force available to get the work done. In the smaller towns outside the Sioux Falls area it is more difficult to get the help needed to do the jobs each week.
If something extra is added John and Jared follow up is always great.

ServiceMaster provides very thorough cleaning. They provide a quality service and I never have to worry that something isn't going to be cleaned properly or taken care of each night. The staff are all professional and very polite. Any concerns are addressed immediately and professionally the first time. Communication is always addressed timely whether it be by email, phone or through our communication binder at the office.
It is such a relief not to have to worry about babysitting a cleaning service and being confident that the job is done completely and professionally every time.
I like that every Monday stuff is clean. I would ask a little more attention to the cobs on the baseboards and back stairs/hallway please. Overall very pleased. I would recommend Service Master.

I do not know of a day when service has not been provided, so workers consistently show up and know what they are supose to do.
I can call any time and get a response to any special cleaning needs. 2 days ago a HVAC workers spilled fluid in a work area and it was extracted on an exception baisis that same evening.
We have 250+ workers in the building, some who can be demanding about very minor cleaning issues, Servicemaster responds with respectful positive attitudes no matter what the issue.
Service is consistent, but our cleaning staff is flexible when necessary.
