I was pleasantly surprised by the teaching and atmosphere. I've always been extremely intimidated by CorePower because it's so large and the people who attend classes are so fit, but alas, maybe if I get my butt in gear and go more, I'll be one of those fit people!

I thought the instructors did a great job. I've gone twice now after never doing yoga before. They explained the moves very well and didn't move at to quick of a pace.

The variety of classes and times offered

The variety and frequency of classes offered. I love yoga sculpt, hpf, and core cardio circuit - the instructors are rockstars!!! Also great selection of merchandise (probably the biggest of all the MN Corepower studios!) lobby and lockeroom always look nice and inviting atmosphere.

I was very honored to have my 3 kids attend class at the Downtown CPY. Becka and Bri were so welcoming and friendly at the desk! And Becka's Hot Yoga was amazing for each of us.Jake, first time to Hot class, loved the challenge and recognized the self-discipline required to benefit from the experience. Thank you Becka!
