The classes are fun, encouraging, and challenging. The instructors are awesome and inspiring. Sometimes the heat feels a little intense but I know it’s different for everyone. These classes are usually the highlight of my week!

The classes are rigorous, sweaty, and challenging (both mentally and physically). Compared to a lot of other yoga studios, CPY really pushes me to work harder and gets my heart rate up.
