You have the best customer service, show great concern that everything is done right and if not you make sure it is...you are efficient, dependable and do a great job; and most importantly you are reasonable with your rates which helps those on strict budgets with today's economy problems.

The crew does a great job and alerts us to anything unusual like when our window got blown in over the weekend due to a storm.
We do like how well she cleans, and she is very nice. The only suggestion we have, is could the cleaning service change the days that she comes. It seems that coming Tues evening causes our trash from the end of the week, weekend, and Monday/Tuesday to be sitting until Tues night. (We have a lot of trash :) )
That is the only suggestion that we have.

I love the quick response and I absolutely love the cleaning that your company does - you are very responsive and you take pride in your work - and it shows! If we do have problems, you are very quick to respond to any issues and you correct them just as quickly.

Eric is very meticulous and makes sure that things get done properly the first time. Of course, everyone misses something at some time, but Service Master is wonderful and as soon as you make them aware of a problem they address and correct the issue.
