Xavier, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. He constantly needs to be told to do things and when something is pointed out to him that he missed, he makes excuses. He does the minimal job possible.
Sue is what we like best but the whole team have proven repeatedly that they are all invested in us working in a clean environment. I would like to give you an example of what I am talking about. We think we had an elderly client here that was on Coumadin and when I walked out of my office there was a great deal of blood, actual puddles in front of the one teller station. I asked what happened, no one knew anything had happened. Film showed us an elderly couple so that is how we came to the conclusion they had a scratch or something. I used the mop that was on site to clean it up and then I called your company to tell them, they might want to bring a new mop head next time they come out and within 10 minutes a young lady was on site sanitizing the flood and carpet area where the spill had occurred. No one asked her to do that. She took it upon herself to do that for us. I deeply regret I cannot remember her name right now (Taylor? Tammy?) but we will never forget the service she provided to us on that day. On a day to day basis Sue makes us feel like we are her only client. She is also very invested in keeping our working environment clean. She pays attention to details (Dust bunnies between walls and filing cabinets, stairway is clean, no dead bugs in the windows, supplies available in place and ready to use). No other cleaning company has served us as well as ServiceMaster has.Ginny German- First Federal bank
