We had an issue with our converter running all the time and finally after 4 service calls you guys figured out what the problem was. The breakaway brake plug was pulled. This should be something that is passed on to other service persons. It may not happen often but it is valuable info. We do love our unit.

The on site service. Our fridge died on a long weekend, they sent someone out to diagnose friday night, and sent two out Saturday to replace the cooling unit (which the fridge had to be pulled out of its place). The guys were awesome!!! The service was awesome! Our fridge works better than ever! Thanks Four Seasons for the awesome service!
