First off, my wife and I really like and enjoy our Outback travel trailer we purchased from Four Seasons Virden. It fits our lifestyle perfectly and we are very happy with it. I purchased a 2019 trailer late last fall.
The deal was done using pictures and videos provided by Matt in the Virden store. We live in Alberta.
We pulled the unit down to Mesa, Arizona in January and found out the fridge didn't work on electric, just gas.
After discussing the issue with the service department in Virden via phone and texts, we had a local RV repair service come out and they had to replace the electric element in the fridge. 4 seasons reimbursed us the costs.

The service and support was exceptional.

The trailers and 5th wheels are great lot to choose from both new & used. We have had some issues with our used 5th wheel but Four Seasons stepped up and got things fixed and repaired all of our issues.

The entire team provided exceptional (and friendly) support and service during our purchase- all of which was virtual as we live eight hours away. Very prompt and thorough in answering all of our questions.

Loved the layout but wished the kitchen was in the other end of the RV but loved the large kitchen.
