Great haircut. In general, I have a bit of feedback. Number 1 is that I would appreciate it if the stylists would not push the sale of the hair products as much. They can still tell me about them, but they don't have to push me to buy them, that's up to me. Number 2 is that some stylists don't give me the option of the different type of service. Some say that I have to do the hot towel with the hair wash, when that is an extra expense that I do not need. I appreciated my most recent stylist because she told me that the hair wash and hot towel is not required for the baseline haircut.

Having a dedicated stylist I can go to on a recurring basis is my favorite aspect. Tami in the Westlake location is amazing and consistently delivers exactly what I'm looking for, even when my style requests change from visit to visit. She's accommodating, friendly, and detail oriented when it comes to her work.
