Mathnasium has been great. The tutors are very helpful and knowledgeable. My kids happily go to their scheduled sessions without complaint. They work on their individualized plans and can also get help with their homework when needed. My kids like the reward system. They work hard to fill up their cards so they can earn a prize. Overall, it's been helpful and a good experience.
Momentum has slowed some, but still is doing more than we could possibly do at home.

My daughter was refusing to go to Kumon few months ago and for the first time was crying to go to a class.
However since she started Mathnesium, every single day she is asking me if she has a math class that day and cheering when I want to take her there. I hope she continues the same way in the future and thanks a lot to Ms. Shomes for her great approach to the students!
Mathnasium has been a great experience for us. My grandson was failing sixth grade math. so we enrolled him in Mathnasium After just 4 months he brought his math grade up to a B- . my grandson is very shy but the staff had him enjoying the program. Thank-you Emily and Mathnasium!!

My oldest has really been struggling with grade 4 math this year and is having a hard time understanding instructions in the classroom and mastering concepts before they’ve moved on to the next module. At Mathnasium, concepts are explained in a way that make sense to him, and then he has time to practice and master those concepts. Both my kids enjoy going to Mathnasium and working with the wonderful team and collecting stars. My oldest is regaining his confidence and love of learning, and my youngest is thriving in school math thanks to the extra support from Mathnasium.
Our son started the school year (2nd grade) not wanting to go to school. It was the first year ever he felt this way and it was bc he was so behind in math. He felt like “the other kids know more.”
Two things that changed for us this school year was a diagnosis of ADHD which started him on medication to help focus, and the implementation of Mathnazium side by side. It was a game changer! Our son started to enjoy math, enjoy the subject that almost kept him from attending school! Mathnazium helped create confidence, understanding and give him the push he needed to get started on the right foot.

The staff is very knowledgeable of their students. They devise a plan that is made specifically for the individual. They are friendly and flexible and allow scheduling convenience for parents’ busy schedules .
When the idea of supplemental math tutoring first came up, our daughter (2nd grade) was not on board. We were led to this after she came home with a hard unit assessment. However, with the structured process, positive feedback system (stars, prizes) and methodology of teaching through games and fun, she thoroughly looks forward to every session. Moreover, her teacher let me know she did exceptionally well on a recent test.
