We see our student really enjoying his tutors and gaining confidence. The downside is how much it costs unfortunately, it's very expensive for parents
My daughter joined Mathnasium of Clarkston in the winter of 2025, during her 7th-grade year, and we signed her up for a 12-month program. We knew going in that she had quite a bit of catching up to do, but just as important to us was rebuilding her confidence in math.
The growth we’ve seen has been incredible. Her confidence has truly blossomed, and it’s not just something we’ve noticed at home—her math teacher has noticed the difference too! She approaches math with so much more confidence than she did when she started.
We’re so thankful for the encouragement, patience, and support she has received at Mathnasium of Clarkston. It has been wonderful watching her realize that she really can do math!

Mathnasium has been such a positive experience for our daughter. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Math has always been hard for her. She used to get overwhelmed when completing her assignments.

Thank you for creating a safe and fun space for my son to learn math at pace tailored to him, which is what I appreciate the most. I also like the status updates that following every session to see how he is progressing. Most important of all, he's always happy to run to class!
The team was very helpful and accommodated our fluctuating schedule. The teacher, Ms. Jefferson, was fabulous and worked very well with my daughter. The owner, Malik, was very responsive and helpful as well.

Last January, 2026 I enrolled my great neice in Mathnasium because she was really struggling with her Math and had lost all confidence in her ability to do anything. She has been going there for 8 months now and has greatly improved her skills. She now has much more confidence in herself. And she enjoys going to her classes there. I highly recommend this place for anyone struggling with their math.

I was genuinely shocked one day when I went to pick them up for tutoring and found them standing in the driveway, excited to go. That was a first! They have truly enjoyed every Tutor and look forward to going. They say it’s fun?!
I also cannot say enough good things about Ann, the owner. From our very first assessment, I could tell that her heart is genuinely in what she does. Her compassion for children and families, and to see them succeed deeply touched me. I actually cried during our assessment because I felt such a sense of relief knowing that we had found someone who truly cared and could help support our children.

I want to say thank you for providing such a welcoming and supportive learning environment for your students. You are so patient with them, and what I appreciate most is that you take the time to identify each student's weak areas and help them improve. You don't move on to new material until you are sure they have a strong understanding of the basics. I truly believe that this is the most important part of learning.

I came across Mathnasium one day while driving home from work and had no idea what it was. My son found math challenging and didn’t have a very positive attitude toward it, so I decided to learn more. After meeting with the owners, enrolling him was an easy decision.
The difference has been incredible. He’s much more confident, has learned so much, and is actually excited to go back to school. Seeing that change in his attitude has meant everything. My son absolutely LOVES the program and the teachers. He has learned so much including adding, subtraction, division and multiplying. He looks forward to it weekly and gets very excited. We feel the program has been great overall for him and has built his confidence.
