You are so patient with them, and what I appreciate most is that you take the time to identify each student's weak areas and help them improve. You don't move on to new material until you are sure they have a strong understanding of the basics. I truly believe that this is the most important part of learning.

My son absolutely LOVES the program and the teachers. He has learned so much including adding, subtraction, division and multiplying. He looks forward to it weekly and gets very excited. We feel the program has been great overall for him and has built his confidence.

We have been at Mathnasium are about a month and my girls really do enjoy going. I’ve noticed a confidence change when it comes to math.
My daughter has never liked math, and she has always struggled. Now that she has been attending Mathnasium, she actually loves it there! She says it’s fun and she really enjoys her teachers! She loves how personable they are. Her words were, “They actually talk to you while we learn. It makes it feel more comfortable.”
She is getting so much better at her everyday math too! For example, the other day I told her a number that she had in her account and how much I was going to add to it (it was not an even number either) and she immediately knew the number within seconds without having to think about it or write down to add it up. She immediately said, “Hey Mom, I think the math is working! I just did that in my head!”

Mathnasium of Wausau is the best at what they do. They have transformed my children's confidence in math and now they love to do math problems just for fun at home! Emily, the Center Director, is the most kind, attentive, and understanding person I have ever met. It is comforting knowing my children are in her care while at Mathnasium.

We have appreciated An's help from the beginning and her caring nature. Whenever we have a concern or question, she's prompt to answer and always helps us out. Our daughter can be quite shy and unsure of herself, and An has listened to our needs and been there to make transitions easier for her. The whole team is wonderfully welcoming and easy to chat with. The math instruction is fantastic and has already made a huge difference in a month.
