My daughter has been doing much better in math since going there. She has never once thrown a fit to go to her session, so I say that’s a plus! We love it at Mathnasium! The instructors are very knowledgeable!
My kids love mathnasium! It helps them learn new problem solving techniques. They also love the theme days in the summer and earning prizes!
Arthur and his team are excellent mentors who provided valuable assistance to Zoe as she worked through her math difficulties.
Love Mathnasium! Both my girls love coming to their sessions. The instructors make learning so much fun. So grateful for this place ♥️
And we're so grateful for YOU, Kathleen. We love having your daughters in Center. They are both doing so well and our instructors love working with them. Thank you for the kind words and thank you for the strong review. We appreciate your partnership, my friend.
We love Tenequa and the Cedar Hill team at Mathnasium! They’ve been so attentive to my son since he started at 8, he’s almost 13 now. Watching his confidence and skills grow has been amazing. Always recommending this spot!
Simply amazing! You have help Nate so much!’
After enrolling our son at Mathnasium, he has maintained his love for math all because he is understanding math better and better with each session at Mathnasium. Even though it is learning based, clearly Mathnasium is doing something right when a 12 year old boy actually looks forward to going twice a week. His math skills are so much better and continously improve so he is looking forward to 7th grade!
What makes Mathnasium Lakewood so special isn’t just the curriculum—it’s the people. The team here genuinely cares about the kids, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. They create this warm, encouraging environment where kids don’t just learn math—they start to enjoy it. Our child used to hover in the 70s, but after a few months here, they’re consistently in the 90s and actually look forward to going. That kind of turnaround doesn’t come from worksheets alone—it comes from people who show up, pay attention, and believe in your kid until they start believing in themselves.
I like how confortable my 13 year old son feels as well as the atmosphere and how good students are treated, I’ve seen progress in my son hopefully he gets to his grade level soon.
My Kinder to first grader is a LOVER of math. He wants to learn more than they can teach in public schools so we tried our Prosper Mathnasium.. he's one of the youngest but he LOVES it. We wanted a place that could help him develope his love of math and make sure to stay ahead and confident in school, this Mathnasium has more than fit the bill. Owner Jen is so amazing with all the students and my boy just loves going.
Excellent format. Show up, do the work, and learn. Good people, too.
Hadley has absolutely loved going to Mathnasium and we have seen her confidence grow and her skills improve as well.
Lacey, your daughter is awesome. We love having her in Center with us and really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to work with her. Even though she is still pretty new to Mathnasium, she is making terrific progress and we're excited to watch her continue to learn and grow. Thank you for the strong review and thank you, again, for allowing us to partner with you on her math education.
Their general manager Lyndsay is always extremely helpful. My son has definitely improved since we have placed him in this tutoring service. He even tells me that he uses skills he learned in tutoring on his tests at school.
We have always had a phenomenal experience with Mathnasium
Sarah is amazing! Listens to every child’s needs and communicates so well. She really cares about each child and their learning needs. So personable. Staff is great.
Thank you Holly. We truly appreciate your kind words.
We love the Mathnasium!
Thank you for the 10/10 review! All of our instructors love working with your student. We are excited to see her continued progress!
My daughter really enjoys her sessions and is gaining confidence. We are seeing progress!
My kids love going to Mathnasium - they literally ask when they get to go again and beg to go more often.
The system of rewards Mathnasium has set up makes math enjoyable because the kids are working to earning rewards (I’m looking at you Squishmallows and candies).
Another really fun thing they do (at least over the summer) is have a calendar of fun events: “wear a silly hat = 10 extra points”, “complete a math page with zero errors = earn 5 extra points”, “pizza day”, “write a summer bucket list = 10 extra points”.
A nice thing for parents and guardians is that after every appointment I receive an email that tells me what my kids have worked on, if they've made progress, and whether they’ve finished a mastery check.
It’s great to see my kids actually excited for math (thank goodness), enjoying the process, and making progress.
We’ve got them in the summer program so once school starts up again I’ll have more information on how Mathnasium has affected their schoolwork and confidence in math.
You also get a free assessment initially…can’t beat that.
My daughter loves Mathnasium! She always asks me when her next session is and is anxious to get there. She has progressed in her math skills over the last year.
Kids are engaged and have fun learning math.
Our kiddo has had a love/hate relationship with math since 3rd grade. She was falling behind national standards. We first enrolled her in Mathnasium. Within six months, she was above national standards. She continued to do Mathnasium until the end of our sixth grade when our branch moved. During Covid she had to do Mathnasium online, however we quickly learned that that was not a great option for her so when our branch moved, that was the end of Mathnasium for her, and in the next 4 years she went from being advanced math to barely passing grade level. About 2 months ago, she discovered a Mathnasium branch had reopened in our area and wanted to start back up. She did mathnasium the last month of school and got a B on her final and raised her grade up a whole letter grade. She’s doing the summer sessions now to retain what she has learned/relearned. However, the most important aspect we have witnessed with her going to Mathnasium, is that they have helped her get over her fear of math, and build the confidence and understanding to enjoy doing math. If your child struggles with math in anyway, or since they don’t like math, or is afraid of math Mathnasium is definitely the place for them. Definitely recommend!
Excellent option for helping your child to gain confidence in math. Very professional and informative throughout the entire process.
My son is math minded. He is way above our level as well mathnasium has offered an outlet for him to go math crazy and he loves it.
We are so thankful for mathnasium! Our soon to be 4th grader never complains about going to his lesson. After 5 months we are noticing more confidence in his skills and ability to tell us what he has learned.
My 16 year old son has struggled with math and math interventions for years. He is finally feeling successful and not fighting me to learn math. He also really enjoys the Castle Rock staff on a personal level.
Ms.Jen is a wonderful math tutor, I see so much progress in my child's math skills. I am very happy with her progress and the sole credit for it goes to Ms.Jen and her Mathnesium staffs.
Our daughter really enjoys attending Mathnasium - so much so that she's requested to extend her sessions to two hours at a time. While it's still early to assess the long-term academic benefits, her enthusiasm tells us you're definitely on the right track with your approach.
THE BEST GREAT LEARNING...
THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊😊😊
The teachers and Director (Sara) are amazing. They are very knowledgeable while having the unique talent of reaching kids at all levels in a engaging, friendly and relationship-oriented format.
The only suggestion I have is .... it would be great to regularly get the status update (that includes all the skills in a deck) as they check off the mastery items.

Great , friendly environment , knowledgable instructors
