Very responsive and accommodating with scheduling. Prizes are a good idea but a little hard to get, so too much of a delay to motivate some kids.

Our experience at Upper East Side Mathnasium has been exceptional and we attribute our results to the caliber of the administrative and teaching staff. Richard Lei in particular has had an enormous impact on shaping the experiences of both of my children. He has been flexible, accommodating and effective, working with us on the specifics of crafting a curriculum to meet our needs. Our son is young, but certainly was ready to start a math program, and Richard was the reason that happened. He went above and beyond his role as coordinator of the program to ensure that our son was able to start the program and progress. Our older daughter is still reaping the benefits of Richard's attention to detail and his ability to pivot to integrate the requirements of her school with an overarching understanding of math appropriate for a 6th/7th grader. He makes himself available at all times to follow up with parents. Not to be forgotten is the high level of math teachers that he has, almost without exception they're all phenomenal- and as important as all of this, they make math and learning fun for my kids. I am certain they would ask me to stop if it wasn't fun, but it is. We're forever grateful.

The math education at her school just wasn’t enough.. She went from having math anxiety and not being about to add single digits in the 3rd grade to a near perfect math SAT score in the 11th grade. Beyond grateful to Mathnasium!

The schedule is very flexible and the on-line classes are conducted in non-pressure setting. The 2 extra hours of math work per week have boosted her confidence and allowed her to stay ahead of the lessons taught at school. In my experience, this is better than private tutoring which we have used in the past as well.

It would be nice if you offered Zoom mathnasium on Sundays!!!
