Rebecka “Becka” Ruckey Rohwedder has been going to Mathnasium since April. She was afraid to go to school because she didn’t want to be in trouble for not understanding her math assignments.
I couldn’t help her! She now is looking forward to 6th grade and feels she can conquer anything. She brought her grade up to grade level +.

Our son came to Mathnasium in January really struggling in his middle school math class. He had lost confidence in his ability. We visited two competitors first and he was very negative about the experience, I assumed because of his attitude about math. When we walked in the Barrington center, we were greeted by name and welcomed warmly. It absolutely set the tone for a positive experience and that never changed throughout the seven months we were there. Through our twice a week sessions, he gained a lot of math skills AND confidence, which we know was due to the knowledge and inviting staff members. We are very grateful to be "graduating" and to be prepared for the year ahead! Thank you, Mathnasium of Barrington!

Our son loves Mathnasium Laguna Niguel. The staff is excellent and we recommend the program to all our friends with kids.

My daughter is six and started Kindergarten at five. She needed extra support with her math as she also has ADHD and has trouble staying attentive during instruction. She loves coming and has developed a special relationship with many of the teachers. They are patient with her and she is making progress. I am very pleased with the feedback and the support we have received from Mathnasium. It’s a very welcoming environment. We are looking forward to really hearing what her teachers think of her progress in the fall which will be six-eight months from when we started.

Kirsten seems to be doing a great job running the center, is always responsive to email, phone, and in person requests, and follows through to ensure kids needs get met. The instructors are great and usually well matched to the needs of the kids. My kids dreaded doing Khan but with Mathnasium, they want to go and like the individualized help they get as needed. System of cards toward prizes also seems to work well as motivator. With Mathnasium, school math map scores mostly went up this past spring and only dropped in one area which I'm hopeful will also go up again in the fall. Thank you to all at Mathnasium, we appreciate your help.

I wish I had enrolled my son sooner. It is amazing how far my son's understanding of math has grown. I feel that Mathnasium is an investment in my son's future.

Very fun for the student! Seems to align in curriculum and gives them a great baseline and a chance to thrive with acceleration in school.

All 4 of my children worked with amazing tutors throughout high school. Mathnasium was always so accommodating and Mr. John was all of their favorites. Thank you for the extra help when they all needed it.

Kyle and his team are the best! We needed to stop Mathnasium for the summer as we’ll be traveling a lot. When I told my daughter we needed to take the time off, she was so bummed. She loves going into Mathnasium. She feels encouraged and has much confidence in her math skills, as she’s been increasingly improving, thanks to Mathnasium!

Since our son has been going to Mathnasium, we've seen huge improvements in his understanding, grades, as well as his confidence! School sometimes went too fast over math concepts, or glazed over the concepts without enough context and practice...which left students like my son, who wanted to learn, but just need more examples and explanation left out with gaps in their knowledge. Mathnasium has been so good at assessing these knowledge gaps and helping my son develop a more solid foundation in his math skills by strengthening any areas of concern! Thank you!

My son‘s apprehension towards math has completely changed since starting at Mathnasium. His grades have increased and he no longer stresses about math. The staff is great and have always worked with us when we’ve needed assistance.

My 5th grade daughter enjoys coming here and she likes math in school now! It's giving her confidence that she's never had before! Also part of the great experience for my daughter is how the manager Mr. Mathew runs this location, and the staff that he hires. In fact my youngest a first grader has recently started going because she loves math now, and wants to do this with her sister. I highly recommend for math enthusiast, math maintenance or for struggling students!

Both Robert and Ben are really helpful and ready to answer any and all concerns or questions. The facility is nice and clean, and the rewards keep it exciting.

James was behind in Algebra and he made a very good improvement since joined Mathnasium. Thanks to his Math Teacher. He spend extra time to finish the chapter.

We've been attending math club since Summer 2020. This year I have a 4th grader and a Kindergarten enrolled. They love the time spent - more fun than work. We had great experience with the Directors - just wish there wasn't the turnover, hoping these two stick.
