As a new person to Bikram I was informed by other students that this is a judgement free zone and to go at my own pace and I saw others living into that so I was comfortable doing it to.
The instructors and classmates at this studio are so welcoming to beginners. I like that everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace, but the instructors work to motivate us to challenge ourselves beyond the norm.

the people that work there are great. the instructor susan is amazing, kind, compassionate,loving,caring and a great yoga instructor to top it off. the girl at the front desk jimmy is also a great young lady. very pleasant to speak to on my first day there. over all had a great experience and will definitely come back again and again.

The friendliness of the staff. Also, the last two times I was there the studio was reasonably filled with students. When I was attending a couple of years ago, the studio would be overpacked and it would feel very overwhelming. I do hope it stays this way.
