I've been doing Bikram for 4 years now and I love Troy Detroit Bikram more and more every year. The instructors care and take time to make everyone feel appreciated. The facility is always clean and inviting. I am ALWAYS singing your praises :)
Easy, friendly atmosphere
I actually have not been there for awhile for yoga, but, it is so much nicer than the "old" one. I was just there for a healthy eating seminar last Sunday and was impressed with the size of the facility, bathrooms, cubbies, etc. so well laid out, very clean, inviting!

The opportunity to practice Bikram yoga at Detroit Bikram yoga is perfect. A clean space is provided and the instruction is excellent. This yoga has not only helped my fitness but has also healed old injuries while preventing new ones. The instructors are probably my favorite part of the practice. They not only aid in your physical practice but keep your mental practice on point. The overall experience has been fabulous!

Nice studio. The room was nice and hot . I usually go to the Troy studio. My one concern is your showers. Being an environmentally conscientious person, I'm not fond of the fact that the showers at Farmington studio appear to use more water as I understand that two need to be on at all times to maintain hot water during showers regardless of usage. I loved the studio and the instructors.

Friendly welcome when signing in, cleanliness of facilities. Especially appreciate instructors who somehow channel a calm firm energy in their guidance during class (eg., Jenny, Ian, Suzanne...) rather than a pumped-up volume and faster delivery of dialogue which pulls the focus off of practicing meditatively.
