I like the explanations of the poses and the description of what we should be feeling and why the pose is important. Sometimes with instructors that are quiet I have a hard time hearing their voices.

I think you offer a great variety of class times--much appreciated! Studio is beautiful and clean too! My only suggestion would be to have teachers periodically review room etiquette with students (if you endorse these things): silence in the room before and after class, tey not to drink during postures or leave the room during those times, etc.

So far it's the instruction I receive. I've only been to 4 classes and trained from 1 instructor, Sarah - and she's been absolutely amazing so far. She's professional, inspirational and pays close attention to everyone in her class to ensure we're all getting the most out of our experience. She also makes sure perform good for in our positions. She's awesome!
