My experience this time, was far better than last. The cut was great, service was excellent, and the hairdresser was obviously experienced and had great knowledge of the business model.

Everyone is friendly and the hairwash, vibrating chair, hot towel and finally the shoulder massage are fantastic!
I do like the convenience of booking a quick appointment on short notice!
Can't beat the price and the cuts are spot on! If I had 1 small complaint is they sometimes make it a bit shorter than I'd like. But that is often partly my fault for giving poor instructions. It will grow back and it means longer times between cuts.
