I like the fact that the stylist (whichever one) has a history of my visits, thus they have a good idea what my 'cut' preferences are. They are always friendly & do a good job (with what they have to work with)
I like it when you can book online and when you show up they are basically waiting for you. I can be in and out of there within about 20 minutes and that is the part I like and if I do have to wait it has been no more than a few minutes.
