With your app you can see wait times and so you can schedule with almost no waiting. The service is also quite good.

My hair was cut by a very nice Vietnamese man who let me in right before closing time on Thursday, July 13th. He was very good at working in silence, but was able to expertly switch to pleasant conversation when I started talking to him. He also gave me a tremendous haircut! Will definitely be coming back when he is working.
