Service Master does a fine job of cleaning and restocking of our consumables! We have been provided a great team at my facility with almost zero turn over rate. My provided crew are trust worthy respectful and treat our facility as if it were their own. If I have an issue that needs attention I can speak to my team directly and they will make the necessary adjustments, they are always receptive to our needs. If we need to bring supervision into the loop they respond quickly and address any and all matters the same day and provide me with feed back that the situation has been resolved. Great customer service as well as cleaning service! Service Master also provides in my opion the best emergency and disaster cleanup coupled with superior response time.
Chris does a wonderful job of check up with us and making sure all our needs are met. When we have a complaint, she's right on it. Jess is very professional, she too will check to see if we are satisfied. Both girl seem real concerned about the quality of their work.
Your service is done on time each week and I rarely hear any complaints.

The cleaners do a really nice job of keeping our breakrooms and restrooms in good shape as they get a lot of traffic in a days time. THey are also very good in doing anything that we ask of them if we need something done a little different or improved. Keep up the good work.

Anything, and I mean anything, no matter how nit picky it could be, is addressed ASAP by the girls and Maria. They get on their hands and knees and scrub the corners,and crevices. It is amazing to see the love for their jobs. They want to please everyone.
