ServiceMaster is a locally-owned and operated business. When I contact ServiceMaster or they contact me, I am talking to and working with local staff, local managers and supervisors. Management and staff at ServiceMaster strive to provide excellent service. They frequently check in with me to see if there is anything they can do to improve and they are very responsive if something is missed or needs to be done differently. I appreciate having a local team like this at our service and I appreciate their support for our community.

Each of these teams have been professional, knowledgeable and conscientious of their work. Management and Supervisors are assessable and easy to work with. I have found that solutions are always provided as well as options.......my go to team for all things outside our capabilities. Tiffany Jallad is amazing. She is always checking in to see how her crew is doing. If there is ever any missed areas Tiffany is on top of getting things corrected even if she has to do it herself. I also had the pleasure of having Chad and another member of the staff here to complete a bathroom "remodel" after a water leak. I have nothing but good things to say about those men as well. Your employee, Peg Roughton is excellent! When she had to leave us due to health reason we were highly disappointed to say the least! Tifffany was wonderful about coming to our Agency to clean. It was much appreciated!! ServiceMaster was able to get Peg back and we are thrilled. Peg and Tiffany always meet our needs and are so pleasant to work with.
