How kind and friendly Deb and Mary are. They care about keeping our workplace tidy and clean but also care about us, they never fail to ask how i am and how my dogs are. They are just awesome! And they always show up, even if we have to switch when they come they at least always do!

We have had ServiceMaster for about 18 months now. The quality and consistency of the cleaning is greatly improved over our previous provider. It is unfortunate that we are on our 3rd manager but that is out of everyone's control since one passed away suddenly and the other had an injury/medical issues.

Lesia does a phenomenal job cleaning! She is a dedicated worker we can count on to get the job done, and she truly cares about the details. She communicates her schedule well and informs me of any issues she comes across (broken items in the break room or bathrooms). Dianna also does a good job checking in on us from time to time. Andrea and Taryn are a great help in the office. If we ever have any floor care scheduling, I know I can count on them to make sure we're taken care of.
Our current crew is very thorough and seems to be willing to help with any additional request or feedback. Diane is very helpful and friendly as well!

Kayla Ptak is very easy to talk to and stops in the department to check in on things.
We have had some issues with the actual people who provide the cleaning. Things that do not get done that are supposed to be getting done. Cleaners not actually following the cleaning schedule. Hopefully these issues get taken care of in the future.
I like that we don't have to do it ourselves. lol

Jessica McClure(aka J-Mac aka Mac-Attack aka the Clean Bee) and Kayla Ptak (Ptak is actually short for PTerodAKtyl) are the best. We are a construction trade school full of dirty workers day and night and these partners in grime make sure everything looks great. We also have a medical clinic on site, that demands the utmost cleanliness and they are up to the task. Great communication, and great flexibility.

I have worked with ServiceMaster by McCann for 19 + years and will gladly refer all their services with confidence. Our relationship is based with commercial cleaning services, but we have utilized most of the services they offer. Their floor care team is outstanding, mold removal and remediation is also highly efficient, and detail focused. I have contracted with Service Master to remove drywall damaged due to basement flooding; they also submitted a competitive quote to replace the damaged drywall. We received high quality results without the need to bring in additional contractors. All teams are professional and polite, you can reach managers when you need them, and they return calls promptly. Cleaning Managers complete scheduled site visits and inspect the facilities and recommend services if needed and for budgeting purposes.
Our Service Master team: Paula and Christina clean one of our largest facilities, they have been with us for many years, and we think the world of them! Their dedication goes beyond the scheduled cleaning tasks, after hours they are the eyes and ears of our facility and treat it as their own home, their cleaning reflects this. They call me if any irregularities arise with security or mechanical systems saving us expense and down time. They are great role models and truly appreciated by our staff.
