Consistent!
The crew that I met were very organized. Each member knew what needed to be done. I was very impressed. Our floors were just recently done on a weekend. When we came in Monday morning, what a pleasant suprise. The floors look wonderful.
Reasonable prices, flexible schedules
Cleaning of our facility has dropped considerably. It would be nice to let us know that someone is not coming on Friday evening so that the offices would not remain open until some time Saturday afternoon.
Everything - People are sweet and very accommodating. Bank has never been so clean. Management and employees are very happy with the service you provide.

I like that there is a sign in book & if we have any reauests that we can leave the requests there since we do not get to see them because we are gone when they get here.
does not use products that will work in different area. example specific window products, ie windex, rainex to clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, glass desk tops.
A generic product, all purpose does not get it.
Angie, we fully understand the issue here and that is you are not happy with how your windows look after we clean them with our "green" product line. We are putting another product to be used in your building effective immediately for all glass cleaning. This product was one that we used in your building before we converted to green cleaning and you were happy with the results this product produced. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and for your patience in this matter.

Being more consistant with the cleaning
our cleaning services are consistent. When a situation arises it is corrected immediately. We receive consistent friendly service and they always welcome feedback.
In May, a new person started cleaning our building and we have not been receiving the level of service we did with the previous crew. The kitchen and bathroom sinks are not wiped down completely, the floors are dirty and the desks are not being wiped down either. Monday morning, I came in and went to the restroom as soon as I came in. There had been no one here over the weekend, so I was the first to use the restroom after the cleaning took place. The toilet seat was up in the ladies restroom, and there was urine all around the toilet seat. This is unacceptable. When a toilet or sink is cleaned, ALL surfaces should be wiped, not just the ones you see....
We addressed these issues with Ms. Laura and after our analysis of the overall situation was complete we decided to change our staff for this customer and assign a new Cleaning Specialist to clean their location. After this change Ms. Laura was happy with the results being produced by our newly assigned staff.
They are here when they say they will be and the quality of work performed.
Workers are friendly, trust worthy, and do what is asked of them.
Dust more on desk and by teller machines.
I think the supplies that your company use should be upgraded to something that takes the ordor out of bathrooms and other rooms. There is no smell to the products you use at all
Talked with Ms. Tara and made her aware that we have a new Green product that is designed to leave a nice fragrance and we are in the process of installing this new product in everyone of our on-going customer accounts. Being we received this complaint we are speeding up the implementation in her building and putting this product into her building effective tonight.
