The two gentlemen who refinished my floor were great. Answered all my questions and recommended excellent solutions to a couple issues I had. The floor looks great.
One issue I had with the salesman. I asked about what I needed to do to prepare the room and was told "just remove the furniture". I specifically asked about pictures on the walls and curtains and was told not to worry about it because today it is a "virtually dustless" procedure.
Well, it's not, but I unfortunately believed the comment. I'm not complaining about how much dust was on the walls, pictures, and curtains. It is what I expected having refinished a floor myself in the past. It just would have been nice to get a straight answer to begin with so i could have prepared better.
Our contact person Dave Posner is very personable, responsive and easy to deal with.
Their prices are reasonable. The work is done well.

Residing our house was a painless and timely process with Beltway! We are very appreciative of the long hours that the crew put in to get the house completed in less than a week.
There was a prompt response to my contact and they totally understood what I needed. The workman did a fabulous job making the repair. The job was correctly assessed but turned out to be harder to do than could have been imagined. I was really impressed that he stuck with it until everything was done perfectly even though it took a lot longer than had been anticipated. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding.
