Great instructors and positivity in every class. This is the best work out in town.
Good instructors
I was brand new and needed a little more help with form. I had a painful knot in my back the day after my first class I'm assuming from poor form or doing an exercise wrong. I want to try another class after overall soreness goes away! I loved how the studio smelled! Fresh and clean!! 😄😄
The workout was great. I really felt like it isolated muscle groups. I will definitely be back. Pilates was recommended to me as way to strengthen muscles in my hip and knee to reduce running pain. The instructor also corrected my form a couple of times, which I really appreciated. Thanks!

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Willing to explain the machine and help as needed which is greatly appreciated when it is your 1st class.
I think all the studios need to introduce a short warm up before class. I think going right in and working a group of muscles so intently is setting them up for injury. I also think spending more time in stretching afterwards is key.

I appreciate the flow of class; it really makes the time go by quickly and is also an encouragement that I can do anything for 3 minutes (or however long). Also, the feeling of strength and accomplishment I have leaving a Studio 6 class can't be beat.

Great classes, instructors are always friendly and motivating. The classes are super challenging, but not overwhelming. Just love the challenge and class format - changes every week I go no matter what which is great.
