great workout--but some teachers need better/more fun music!
i'd prefer a beginner, intermediate, and advanced structure over lite and regular but I have noticed instructors introducing some more advanced moves and quicker transitions in the lite class. When you're new to this the regular class can seem significantly more difficult than the lite. having said that, though, the only way I adjusted to the regular classes was forcing myself to go and try them. I really appreciate when there is an empty bed and the instructor shows how the move is done as opposed to just trying to describe it and demonstrate on the floor, particularly with difficult and less utilized moves. As far as modifications - those are always helpful, both on adjusting the moves and the spring load.
Generally I would recommend this class. I have def seen an improvement in my strength and physique.

I like the coaches that give the best guidance and encouragement on how to do the moves correctly to best work each and every muscle in the body! I didn’t even know I had muscles in places that ache after a great workout!

Great workout with knowledgeable instructors. ALL staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Facilities are clean, and I definitely appreciate that towels are provided. Things like this really set studios apart from one another!

I had written twice to Studio 6, once to the main office and the second time to the Dallas branch. My email was requesting a refund for a package I purchased since I was visiting for Dallas for the week. I soon realized I would be unable to make it to any classes because of the schedule of the course. I understand if the refund was not possible but what I do not understand is the complete lack of a response.
