I never have to check to see if the offices have been cleaned, I love coming in the office on Monday, it is fresh and clean, no garbage kitchens are clean.

Issues are handled professionally and immediately; they listen to and understand our needs and provide the service that our facility requires; they make frequent visits to our facility to monitor their employee’s work to ensure that we are getting the best service. Three to four months back there were performance issues with a member of the overnight staff, not Roque. Angie, however, resolved the issue as the performance of the current overnight personnel has been satisfactory.

I like the company as a whole and it's employees. I like that if our day porter calls out, coverage is provided. The cleaning aspect is good, but need to keep an eye on the quality aspect of it.

Nicole Rivera is an outstanding worker. She's compliant, respectful, energetic and does her job very well. Angie Teleky is very good also. She's an excellent communicator, organized and on top of things. They have been great to us!

Nicole Rivera and Angie Teleky are excellent to work with. They are professional, responsible, trustworthy and are very good at their jobs. The parts of the facility that they service is always very clean.
