Service quality is monitored on more than one level by supervisors of janitorial staff. Price is very competitive. The service isn't perfect (none is), but any problem is handled fairly expeditiously.

I like the customer service we have received. Any time I have had a concern the manager has taken care of my concern immediately.
They are consistent. The restaurant is always left the way it was when they start. They also communicate well when there is an issue with scheduling.

Spillway Road and Pearl Branches report above average cleaning results - pleasant, friendly ServiceMaster employees doing a really good job.
Brandon Branch appears to have just average cleaning. ServiceMaster employee will cooperate when asked something specific, but there is apparently still some room for improvement.

We've had the same primary cleaning person for a long time. Low turnover is VERY important to us because our cleaning needs in a medical facility are unlike a typical business. Trust is always a major concern also, and longevity of our primary cleaning person factors into this as well. Any problems or concerns we have as far as cleaning, we can address directly to him. The supervisory staff over him also keep fairly close tabs on performance, which is a plus.

Management is very responsive.
They have taken a very old building and made it look 100% better. We used 6 custodian at one time to manage the cleaning of the building, and it was a hard job keeping it clean along with the day to day task they ahd to preform. When we decisded to go with Service Master the building has never been as clean as it is today. When and if the crew misses a place, spot or classroom, we can leave a note on the door, or call Pam and the problem is corrected by the next cleaning night or if it is a major problem it is corrected the following day. Our building has never looked this clean.
